Family package

Kids and grandparents are welcome at La Selva! Family memories to take away are unforgettable, like who spotted the most monkeys, or who swung like Tarzan the farthest, or what friends the kids made in the lounge while mom and dad napped peacefully in hammocks. Fishing for piranha, kayaking, and more are all part of this memorable family experience!

The lodge is every kid’s fantasy: a place to hike, swim, fish, row and generally fool around.

Special activities for kids include:

Toys and games at the lodge
Crayons for drawing pictures of their day
Play-dough to make the animals and critters they see in the forest like leaf-cutter ants, frogs, monkeys, and more.
Kayaking around the lake
Swimming,
Fishing for piranhas

Parents can do all the activities with their kids or go in a separate group; they all will meet later to eat. Besides the delicious food like special kid-friendly soups, we offer different meals for kids such as hamburgers, hotdogs and pizza, instead of the regular five course gourmet meal. We also have snacks for children like popcorn, cookies, etc. Children and adults have lots of fun and get a lifetime learning experience.
