We take tremendous pride in the food we serve at La Selva Amazon Ecolodge & Spa. Our culinary background is French, and we apply our skills to offer local ingredients and dishes with fresh tropical fruit juices that accompany each meal. For all food and drinks, we use purified bottled water brought directly from Quito.
La Selva Amazon Ecolodge & Spa does serve vegetarian meals and can prepare meals for special diets upon request. Please do not hesitate to make a request and we will prepare a delicious diet for your needs.
